About Local Polling Data

⚠️ No Municipality-Level Polling Exists for the Peninsula

No public APIs or published feeds produce pre-election opinion polling specifically for Virginia Peninsula municipalities (Newport News, Hampton, York County, Williamsburg, Poquoson). Local-level polling at that municipal granularity is rarely commissioned and almost never published via a data feed.

What does exist: Statewide and congressional district-level polling. For VA-1 (covering York County, Williamsburg, and Poquoson), Ballotpedia VA-1 2026 aggregates ratings from Cook Political Report, Inside Elections, Sabato's Crystal Ball, and DDHQ/The Hill. VoteIQ aggregates the latest survey data filtered to Virginia statewide races.

For Peninsula-specific results data, the VA Dept of Elections JSON/CSV feeds and VPAP are the best sources on and after election night.
