According to arrest logs, Benjamin Forrest Carter was arrested early Saturday morning in the 500 block of J Clyde Morris Blvd. and booked into the Newport News city jail on the charge of murder in the 1st degree.
According to arrest logs, Benjamin Forrest Carter was arrested early Saturday morning in the 500 block of J Clyde Morris Blvd. and booked into the Newport News city jail on the charge of murder in the 1st degree.
Court records show about 50 previous charges dating back to 2015 with crimes including burglary, assault & battery,carjacking, strangulation and several felony charges.
Benjamin was also due in court yesterday (6/13/2025) on a failure to appear.
